Special Invitaion to HBA Extended Meeting Nov. 6th
Dear HBA Members and Friends:
There are several important announcements we want to update you about...
1. The plans for the "Mission Enduring Gratitude" Fundraising Cocktail Party are well under way. On Friday, Dec. 4th in lieu of our normal Friday morning meeting, we will be devoting our "Holiday Party" to this mission of showing appreciation to the returning service men and women from Iraq and Afghanistan. The Douglaston Manor Mansion will host us starting at 5:30pm for a Cocktail Party with great food, great company, and for a great cause.
The flyers for the event will be emailed under separate cover and will be available at Friday's meeting.
PLEASE:
Bring any raffle prizes you will donate or have solicited to the Nov. 6th meeting.
Volunteer for either the Planning Committee, Set-Up Committee, or Media/PR Committee.
Buy your tickets for the event (only $45 each) and bring your checks with you to the meeting
2. The Planning Committee will meet briefly, immediately following the General Meeting, and anyone who can remain is welcome aboard.
